About the Role

Join our dynamic team as an HR Specialist, where you will be a key business partner to clients navigating global expansion and complex HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for onboarding, employee lifecycle events, and terminations.
• Manage complex employee relations and termination processes, ensuring legal soundness.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as payroll providers and legal advisors.
• Provide expert consultation on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning for clients.
• Offer in-country HR expertise, staying current with labor laws and cultural nuances in Southern Europe.
• Advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation strategies.
• Support clients with Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and compensation adjustments.
• Act as the main point of contact for employee immigration and mobility needs.
• Drive automation and AI adoption to optimize HR processes.
• Lead compliance governance projects across South Europe markets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Deep expertise in labor laws and employment regulations across Southern Europe, with a focus on France (portage salarial).
• Proven experience supporting complex employee relations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack).

Nice-to-Haves

• Knowledge of the Employer of Record (EOR) industry.
• Experience working across other Southern European countries, including France.
