Responsibilities

• Serve as the custodian of employment terms, drafting and administering lifecycle documents including agreements and amendments.
• Provide expert guidance on employment legislation and complex legal interpretations to clients and employees.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across payroll, legal, and operations to ensure global compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and the employee experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with a strong focus on legal compliance and HR support.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English with strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage automation and AI tools to optimize HR workflows.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, remote, and asynchronous environment using tools like Slack, Notion, and Zendesk.

Nice-to-Haves

• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
• Experience supporting HR and financial audits in a multi-jurisdictional context.
• Prior experience working with Collective Bargaining Agreements.
