Responsibilities

• Draft, tailor, and administer employment agreements, amendments, and lifecycle documentation with high accuracy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employment legislation and complex legal interpretations for clients and employees.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel and payroll, to ensure regional compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance the employee experience.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality while managing critical HR initiatives and audits.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with a strong grasp of employment laws and regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English with excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience in tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment.
• Strong fluency in automation and AI tools to optimize HR workflows.
