Join our dynamic team as an HR Specialist, where you will be a key business partner, advising clients on complex HR matters and managing the full employee lifecycle in the fast-paced Employer of Record (EOR) industry. This is an exciting opportunity to impact global business expansion and workforce management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for onboarding, employee lifecycle events, and terminations, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
- Manage sensitive employee relations cases and draft legally sound documentation.
- Build and manage relationships with external partners including payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries regarding benefits, compliance, and workforce planning in Southern Europe.
- Provide expert guidance on labor laws and cultural nuances in Southern Europe, with a focus on France (portage salarial).
- Review and advise on employment contracts and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Support clients through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and manage salary adjustments.
- Collaborate with the Global Mobility team on employee immigration and mobility needs.
- Drive automation and AI adoption to optimize HR processes and digital transformation.
- Lead compliance governance projects across South Europe markets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
- Fluent in both French and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Deep expertise in labor laws and strong working knowledge of employment regulations across Southern Europe, with a specific focus on France (portage salarial).
- Proven experience supporting complex employee relations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom & Slack.
Nice-to-Haves
- Knowledge of the Employer of Record (EOR) industry.
- Experience working across other Southern European countries, including France.
