Implementation Manager

About the Role

Join Aiwyn, a fast-growing SaaS scale-up, as a pivotal Implementation Manager to ensure our accounting firm customers achieve a nonpareil onboarding experience with our revenue lifecycle software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent software implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Act as the primary lead interfacing with customer representatives throughout the implementation process.
• Configure customer systems based on chosen specifications, conduct comprehensive staff training, and rigorously test data flow.
• Balance creative problem-solving with process consultation to align customer needs with software capabilities.
• Manage implementation timelines, activities, and dependencies using Monday.com.
• Contribute to and lead internal development and improvement projects, refining standard operating procedures.
• Travel onsite for detailed training or workshops when necessary (less than 10% travel).

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer-facing implementations.
• Proven ability to take initiative and drive progress independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical situations.
• Expertise and confidence in managing stakeholder expectations across various organizational levels (Administrator to CFO).
• High proficiency in English with excellent written grammar and spelling.
• Previous experience with customer-facing Project Management, Onboarding, and Implementation processes.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working within the accounting firm industry.
• Familiarity with Monday.com Work Management Software.
• Experience utilizing Hubspot and Jira.
