Implementation Specialist – Enterprise

About the Role

Join our team as an Implementation Specialist to guide strategic enterprise customers through integrating Plaid solutions, ensuring their success and foundational platform setup.

Responsibilities

• Guide Plaid’s most strategic enterprise customers and partners through the integration of Plaid solutions across various verticals.
• Own the full customer engagement lifecycle, including technical scoping, design, project management, and defining long-term strategy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for technical stakeholders throughout the implementation phase.
• Lead effective onsite and remote meetings, including kickoffs, technical reviews, and post-launch support.
• Partner with sales and account management teams to support end-to-end customer workflows.
• Improve the customer onboarding experience by translating customer feedback into product insights.
• Develop repeatable playbooks to drive implementation efficiency within the Enterprise segment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing or technology-focused role combining business acumen and technical expertise.
• Proven experience working with Enterprise-level customers.
• Experience managing and executing complex technical projects with a customer-first approach.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details to diverse audiences.
• Experience working with APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
