Inbound Sales Development Manager

Join Fleetio as an Inbound Sales Development Manager, a remote opportunity where you will lead the inbound sales motion, driving top-of-funnel success and building scalable systems. This exciting leadership role focuses on converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and creating robust pipelines for our Account Executive teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Inbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Own the inbound sales motion, guiding SDRs to effectively convert MQLs into SQLs.
- Collaborate tightly with Marketing to optimize lead flow, improve lead quality, and enhance conversion strategies.
- Work daily with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership to maximize inbound conversion rates.
- Develop and implement scalable processes and systems to drive top-of-funnel success and ensure healthy pipeline generation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Development leadership or management role, specifically with inbound motions.
- Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and motivate high-performing SDR teams.
- Strong understanding of sales development processes, lead qualification, and pipeline generation.
- A process- and growth-oriented mindset with a passion for building scalable systems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales.
About the Role Impact
This role reports directly to the Director of Sales Development and is pivotal in maximizing inbound conversion and ensuring Fleetio continues to scale effectively. You will be deeply involved daily with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership to achieve these critical goals.
