Inbound Sales Development Representative - New Grad

About the Role

Join a mission-driven startup as a remote Sales Development Representative, where you'll connect nonprofits and universities with tools to drive impact and grow their resources.

Responsibilities

• Research potential client organizations to identify good fits for Instrumentl.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls (400+ per week) to engage prospects and schedule product demonstrations.
• Maintain and update prospect and decision-maker information in the CRM system.
• Learn and articulate Instrumentl's value proposition to diverse organizations.
• Collaborate with other departments and participate in experiments to identify growth opportunities (10% of time).

Requirements

• Recent graduate or early in career, with a strong interest in sales, startups, or customer-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with new people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to tackle challenging work.
• Open to feedback and eager to learn and improve.
