About the Role

Lead our influencer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and engagement across key markets. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our global presence through strategic partnerships and compelling campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer and KOL marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant influencers and KOLs across various platforms and regions.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from content creation to performance tracking and reporting.
• Negotiate contracts and foster strong, long-term relationships with influencers and agencies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or KOL management, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
