Infrastructure Operations Engineer

About the Role

Join our Infrastructure Operations team to scale and manage next-generation GPU infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance for cutting-edge AI systems. You will play a critical role in automating complex environments and driving operational excellence across our global platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy robust platforms to minimize incidents and enable new internal and customer-facing features.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Network Operations, and Software teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure high availability and rapid incident response.
• Develop automation tools using Python, Go, or bash to reduce manual toil and connect system APIs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing Linux server environments.
• 5+ years of experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes, containerization, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Proficiency in managing network-attached storage (NFS, Ceph) and monitoring systems like Prometheus or ELK.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and experience delivering complex systems.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with bare metal hardware provisioning and troubleshooting, specifically Dell hardware.
• Hands-on experience with GPU servers and virtualization.
• Knowledge of datacenter networking, including Infiniband, 400Gb ethernet, and switch management.
• Familiarity with VAST storage systems.
