About the Role

Join Keyrock as an Innovation Quantitative Developer to spearhead the creation and implementation of advanced quantitative models and trading strategies within the dynamic digital asset space. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement sophisticated quantitative models and algorithms for various trading strategies (e.g., market making, high-frequency trading, options, DeFi).
• Conduct research into new trading opportunities and innovative financial products within the digital asset ecosystem.
• Build and optimize high-performance, low-latency trading systems, leveraging languages like Rust.
• Collaborate closely with traders, researchers, and engineers to translate quantitative insights into actionable strategies.
• Contribute to the entire lifecycle of quantitative trading systems, from ideation and backtesting to deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Quantitative Finance.
• Proven experience in quantitative development, algorithmic trading, or financial modeling, preferably within digital assets or traditional finance.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to quantitative development (e.g., Python, C++, Rust). Experience with Rust is a significant plus.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
