You will be an integral part of the Kraken Institutional team, a group dedicated to serving the unique needs of experienced traders and institutions. This team is at the forefront of expanding Kraken's reach within the professional crypto landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive demand generation strategies targeting institutional and B2B clients.
• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., digital advertising, content marketing, events, email) to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and content teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify key insights, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Oversee budget allocation and ensure efficient use of marketing resources to achieve ROI targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B or institutional demand generation, ideally within financial services, fintech, or the cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong understanding of the institutional client lifecycle and effective acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally.
