About the Role
Join our dynamic team as an Instructional Designer focusing on Sales Enablement, where you will be instrumental in empowering our global sales force. You will design and develop impactful learning experiences that directly enhance sales performance and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids, tailored for sales professionals.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and subject matter experts to identify critical training needs and performance gaps.
- Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective and measurable training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance data.
- Manage multiple learning projects from initial concept through to successful implementation and evaluation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing corporate or sales training.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise, and engaging learning materials.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with sales enablement platforms or CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Background in sales, sales operations, or sales training.
- Familiarity with multimedia development tools for video and graphic design.
- Experience working in a globally distributed or SaaS company.
