Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
• Provide end-to-end support to clients during their onboarding process, ensuring their success.
• Own and maintain public-facing SDKs, APIs, integration guides, and support documentation.
• Analyze client technical and functional requirements to design solutions leveraging our system and product capabilities.
• Manage implementation projects, including monitoring quality, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and driving deliverables.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer business problems and technical requirements to provide effective solutions.
• Gather and provide product feedback to internal stakeholders, acting as the voice of the client.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in roles such as implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst, working with multiple technical teams.
• 1+ year of B2B SaaS experience, preferably within payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion.
• Proficiency with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
• Experience with API specifications (e.g., OpenAPI), web development, and scripting for internal tools (e.g., bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman).
