Integration Engineer

About the Role

Join Sardine as an Integration Engineer and be at the forefront of onboarding our clients onto our advanced fraud prevention and AML compliance platform. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technical integrations, directly contributing to our mission of stopping fraud before it happens.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical onboarding and integration of new clients with Sardine's platform.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot API integrations, ensuring robust data flow and system compatibility.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients throughout the entire integration lifecycle.
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and continuously improve integration processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical integration, solutions engineering, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (e.g., REST, JSON, XML).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must reside in Brazil, specifically in one of the following cities: São Paulo, Campinas, São José dos Campos, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba, or Florianópolis.
