Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and services using Ruby and Go.
• Implement and manage infrastructure automation and tooling to ensure reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure and backend services.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer, with a focus on Ruby and/or Go.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with building and maintaining infrastructure, automation, or delivery tooling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates located in the Americas, APAC, or EMEA regions, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within these time zones.
