About the Role

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Ruby.
• Contribute to the evolution of our CI platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the CI environment.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer, with 2-4 years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby programming and experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience working with CI platforms.
• Solid grasp of database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and API design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates located in Canada, EMEA, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
