The Pipeline Authoring group is dedicated to building robust tools for creating and managing CI/CD pipelines, with a key focus on CI/CD components. We strive to maintain existing functionality while exploring and developing newer areas to empower users.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Ruby.
• Contribute to the evolution of CI/CD pipeline authoring tools and components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer, with a strong focus on Ruby.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Experience with database systems and API design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Contributions to open-source projects.

Location

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates in Canada, EMEA, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
