About the Role
Join our dynamic legal team to support international market growth by acting as a strategic business partner, accelerating deals, and shaping global legal doctrine.
Responsibilities
- Drive and close deals from initial contact to closing for US, Canada, and UK regions.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Customer Success teams, providing pragmatic solutions.
- Lead complex, multi-year negotiations with minimal supervision.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects on topics like IP, Compliance, Privacy, and AI Act.
- Optimize contract templates for US/UK markets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business law and contracting, ideally within the Tech/SaaS ecosystem or an international law firm.
- Deep understanding of the legal subtleties of US and UK contracts.
- Proven experience aligning stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize impact and accountability.
- Bilingual (English/French), capable of negotiating and drafting in both languages daily.

- Experience living or working in the US or Canada.
