IT Enterprise Applications Engineer, Zuora/NetSuite

About the Role

Join our Enterprise Applications team to support and enhance critical business processes, focusing on NetSuite and Zuora Revenue, and play a key role in scaling our operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure NetSuite and Zuora Revenue to support business processes and compliant system operations.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, workflows, customizations, and application changes.
• Partner with Finance, business systems peers, and other stakeholders to ensure applications meet operational needs.
• Support SOX-compliant change management, including documentation and governance.
• Manage inbound integrations and data flows between enterprise systems.
• Contribute code, customizations, and integrations using GitLab SDLC practices.
• Conduct code reviews and support maintainable, well-documented technical delivery.
• Run small projects and contribute to team planning for new features and system roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Experience administering enterprise applications in a SaaS environment.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite, including data objects, workflows, and integrations.
• Working knowledge of Zuora Revenue, including revenue rules, POB templates, and accounting treatments.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues, data exceptions, and integration problems.
• Understanding of finance and accounting processes (Procure to Pay, Record to Report).
• Familiarity with SOX controls and compliant change management.
• Ability to use GitLab and apply SDLC practices.
• Strong collaboration, prioritization, and self-management skills.

About the Team

The Enterprise Applications team owns critical internal business systems like Salesforce, Zuora, and NetSuite, supporting the processes that keep the business operating at scale in a distributed environment.
