IT Ops Analyst, Support

About the Role

As an IT Ops Analyst (Support), you will be the go-to person ensuring technology runs smoothly across 1Password. You'll provide timely and thoughtful support, empowering your teammates to focus on their work with secure, reliable, and well-supported tech.

Responsibilities

• Resolve support tickets efficiently and effectively.
• Improve internal IT workflows and processes.
• Proactively identify and implement ways to make internal tools more efficient.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless and secure technology experience for all.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in an IT role.
• Experience in a remote-first, SaaS-driven environment.
• Proficiency with macOS and/or Windows operating systems.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and maintain service excellence in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Work Arrangement

• This is a fully remote opportunity based in the UK.
