About the Role

Join Wishpond Technologies as a Kickoff Specialist to own the critical first 90 days of client relationships, setting the stage for long-term success and building essential trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale kickoff and onboarding calls with new clients.
• Establish trust, clarify scope, timelines, and deliverables with clients.
• Guide clients in articulating and quantifying success metrics for the first 30, 60, and 90 days.
• Develop realistic strategies based on client business, budget, and goals, addressing any unrealistic expectations constructively.
• Document kickoff meetings and ensure a clear handoff to Account Management with aligned goals and next steps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and Technical Onboarding teams for seamless client transitions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, client strategy, account management, sales, or onboarding.
• Confident and polished communication skills, capable of leading client conversations and selling ideas, direction, and tradeoffs.
• Ability to challenge clients constructively while maintaining trust.
• Highly organized, structured, and meticulous in execution.
• Strategic mindset with practical execution capabilities.
• Fluent in English, with strong writing, phone, and general communication skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally, independently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical and analytical aptitude, with the ability to multitask.
