Landing Page Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Landing Page Designer to join our Growth team and own the design and optimization of high-converting landing pages across our key markets.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and iterate on high-fidelity landing pages optimized for conversion rates (CRO).
• Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Copywriters, and Engineers to ensure seamless implementation and A/B testing.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and component library specifically for marketing and growth assets.
• Analyze performance metrics (e.g., bounce rate, conversion rates) to inform design decisions and future iterations.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years preferred) designing high-performance landing pages, specifically focused on conversion optimization.
• Expert proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Strong understanding of web usability principles, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to translate complex marketing goals into simple, compelling visual narratives.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) sufficient to communicate effectively with developers.
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
• Experience designing for global audiences (localization considerations).
