Responsibilities

• Craft digital-first strategies for campaigns across social, web, display, and emerging formats.
• Partner with Creative Leads and Designers to turn complex insights into compelling creative concepts.
• Champion the integration of AI tools and workflows to enhance the speed, quality, and scalability of strategy work.
• Build trusted relationships with customers to uncover challenges and turn them into strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy roles within creative, advertising, or digital agencies.
• Proven track record of leading or mentoring small teams.
• Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, creative effectiveness, and platform storytelling.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable strategies and creative briefs.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior clients and internal stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and the intersection of AI and creativity.
