Lead - Partner Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact Partner Marketing Lead to drive growth across our Americas channel ecosystem, serving as the GTM engine that accelerates pipeline through strategic co-marketing and partner enablement. This role is a unique opportunity to shape our market presence in North America and LATAM while acting as the vital connective tissue between our Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute joint marketing plans with key distributors, resellers, and strategic VARs to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Develop localized GTM motions for North America and LATAM markets, tailoring messaging and program assets for regional impact.
• Manage MDF planning, approvals, and ROI analysis to ensure marketing investments align with regional revenue goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to ensure partner visibility and cohesive field execution.
• Track and report on performance metrics, including MQCs, SAOs, and overall campaign contribution.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in partner marketing, channel management, or related roles within the technology or SaaS sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and ROI.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams.

• Prior experience working within the SaaS industry.
• Experience managing partner programs specifically in LATAM or international markets.
