About the Role

Join Kraken's world-class, mission-driven team as a Lead Product Marketing Manager, focusing on our Over-the-Counter (OTC) and Prime brokerage products. This pivotal role will drive the go-to-market strategy and narrative for our institutional offerings, directly contributing to Kraken's mission of accelerating global crypto adoption and empowering financial freedom for experienced traders and institutions in a fully remote, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for Kraken's OTC and Prime products, guiding them from concept through launch and ongoing growth.
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, crafting compelling messaging, positioning, and content tailored for institutional and high-net-worth clients.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and inform product development roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and communications teams to ensure a unified product narrative and achieve ambitious business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, continuously optimizing strategies to maximize product adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Act as a subject matter expert for OTC and Prime products, educating internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product marketing, with a strong background in financial services, fintech, or the cryptocurrency industry.
• Demonstrated leadership in developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns for complex financial or trading products.
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and the specific needs of institutional traders, particularly in OTC and prime brokerage.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote, and globally distributed team environment, demonstrating autonomy and collaboration.
