Lead Product Scientist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Scientist to drive data-informed product strategy and execution across our core offerings. This is a high-impact role where you will bridge advanced analytics, experimentation, and product development to unlock significant user and business value.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product science roadmap, focusing on key growth and engagement metrics.
• Design, implement, and analyze complex A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize product features and user flows.
• Develop predictive models (e.g., churn, lifetime value, feature adoption) to inform strategic product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts and scientists, fostering a culture of rigorous statistical thinking and data quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a Product Science, Data Science, or Quantitative Research role, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Expert proficiency in statistical modeling, causal inference, and experimental design (A/B testing).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and a statistical programming language (e.g., Python or R) for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong understanding of product analytics platforms and data warehousing solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with machine learning model deployment in a production environment.
• Familiarity with Bayesian statistics or advanced causal inference techniques beyond standard A/B testing.
• Experience working with large-scale data pipelines (e.g., Spark, Snowflake).
