About the Role

Join 1Password as a Lead, Responsible AI to spearhead the development and implementation of our Responsible AI program. This pivotal role will ensure the ethical, secure, and transparent integration of AI across our products and operations, establishing 1Password as a leader in principled AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and evolution of 1Password's Responsible AI program.
• Define and implement comprehensive policies, governance structures, and organizational frameworks for the ethical, secure, and transparent use of AI.
• Oversee the principled integration of AI capabilities across both in-product features and internal company operations.
• Ensure careful and foresightful governance of AI systems to maintain security and trust.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical or governance roles.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and their operational implications.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks, particularly in technology or AI.

About the Team

• This role is an integral part of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team.
• You will report directly to the Senior Manager, GRC.
• This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates in the United States and Canada.
