Requirements

• Proven experience delivering high-quality legal advice.
• Strong generalist legal expertise, comfortable operating in areas of ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risk and apply proactive problem-solving.
• Experience with regulatory and commercial legal matters.
• Excellent collaboration and cross-functional advisory skills.
• Must be based in the UK or Canada.
