Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on complex labor law matters across various international jurisdictions.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating legal documents, policies, and agreements related to employment.
• Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with local and international labor regulations.
• Participate in projects focused on corporate development, global expansion, and legal risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal insights on employment-related queries.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Law, with a focus on Labor Law, Employment Law, or International Law.
• Strong academic record and a keen interest in global labor legal frameworks.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Based in Ukraine, with the ability to work remotely.

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous internship experience in a legal department or law firm, particularly in labor or corporate law.
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll platforms, or global employment solutions.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian or other relevant languages.
