Responsibilities

• Streamline and improve legal workflows, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Manage and optimize legal technology solutions, including contract lifecycle management (CLM), e-billing, and document management systems.
• Support the legal team with project management, data analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate vendor management, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and invoice processing for external legal service providers.
• Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for legal operations processes and tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in legal operations, paralegal, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of legal department functions and operational best practices.
• Proficiency with legal technology platforms (e.g., CLM, e-billing, matter management systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for collaborating across teams.
