Lifecycle Specialist: Time & Attendance - LATAM

About the Role

Join our fully remote, globally distributed team as a Lifecycle Specialist focusing on Time & Attendance for our LATAM employees and clients. This role is crucial for ensuring legal compliance and delivering an exceptional employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and contribute to developing Time & Attendance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Act as the subject matter expert for internal and external inquiries related to Employee Lifecycle matters, specifically Time & Attendance.
• Collaborate with clients and employees to resolve complex Time & Attendance issues and provide necessary guidance.
• Continuously enhance the employee journey by gathering stakeholder feedback and leveraging HR best practices.
• Meticulously manage, secure, and maintain confidential employee data, supporting audit and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Solid operational experience in HR, including HR generalist responsibilities across multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to time tracking, attendance, and leave management, both locally and internationally.
• Proven experience implementing end-to-end time off and attendance policies based on country-specific regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive and maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced, fully remote setting.

Nice-to-Haves

• Proficiency in a language other than English is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and current trends in Time & Attendance management.
