Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer interactions and provide excellent service.
• Accurately and timely facilitate and process customer payrolls for Australia.
• Own and manage customer queries in a timely fashion.
• Support and share knowledge with colleagues within the team.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for payroll processes.
• Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely payments to employees and authorities.
• Handle accurate and timely processing of client payrolls from data receipt to dispatch and approval.
• Produce invoice triggers for accurate client invoicing.
• Develop processes and procedures based on customer and business requirements.
• Regularly follow and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Manage all year-end statutory returns on time.
• Compile and report on summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, and wages.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Payroll and Compliance specific to Australia payroll.
• Proven ability to process client payrolls accurately and timely.
• Experience managing customer queries and providing timely responses.
• Knowledge of year-end statutory returns processes for Australia.
• Understanding of calculating payroll liabilities, taxes, deductions, and other wage components.
