Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer interactions, providing excellent service.
• Facilitate timely and accurate processing of customer payrolls.
• Own and manage customer queries promptly.
• Key in payroll changes (e.g., hours worked, change of address).
• Process payroll within agreed timeframes.
• Produce client payroll reports.
• Send payroll output to customers for checking and approval.
• Ensure accurate and timely payments to employees and statutory authorities.
• Maintain internal reporting requirements.
• Identify and develop process improvements.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge.
• Act as a subject matter expert for payroll processes.
• Comply with all security policies to maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
