• Ads Measurement Modeling Team: This team focuses on proving the value of Reddit Ads to advertisers while ensuring privacy compliance, working on projects like Modeled Identity and Modeled Conversions.
• Ads Targeting and Retrieval Team: This team designs and builds large-scale ML systems to enhance targeting products, spanning both offline and online applications.

Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning, including model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in ML (e.g., Python, Scala, Java).
• Understanding of ad technology, privacy principles, and their application in machine learning.
