The Advertiser Optimization organization is at the forefront of building a first-class ads platform, focusing on innovative auto-bidding and conversion-based products. The PF&O (Recommendations & Forecasting) team specifically develops advertiser and sales tools, including advanced ML systems for data-driven recommendations and robust forecasting and planning tools. You will be instrumental in rethinking the advertiser experience through AI and ML.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for recommendation and forecasting initiatives, balancing innovation with business impact.
• Lead the development and optimization of ML systems that provide data-driven recommendations to advertisers, enhancing campaign effectiveness.
• Oversee the creation of forecasting and planning tools for internal sales and external agency buyers.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align technology investments with broader business objectives and strategic goals.
• Drive the exploration and implementation of AI and ML opportunities to innovate the advertiser experience on Reddit.
