About the Role
Join our team as a Major Account Executive, Growth, where you will drive business expansion across New South Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen relationships with key customers, identify new opportunities, and deliver impactful solutions for their observability strategies. This is a remote role based in Sydney, focusing on clients across the state.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and grow existing business within the state of New South Wales.
- Deepen relationships with the region's largest customers, including major retailers.
- Identify new opportunities and deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Act as a consultative sales professional, helping customers understand the value of Grafana solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in major account sales or growth roles, preferably within the software or observability space.
- Strong ability to prospect, manage, and grow a portfolio of key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling methodologies.
- Ability to work remotely and manage a territory effectively.
