About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Customer Success professional to lead and nurture our enterprise partnerships across the Middle East. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer growth, retention, and long-term value for our innovative video commerce platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner for enterprise accounts, managing the entire post-sale customer journey.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, managing renewals, and reducing churn.
• Analyze customer usage data and behavior to provide actionable insights, personalized recommendations, and demonstrate ROI.
• Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating cross-functionally to influence product development and adoption.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic check-ins to ensure alignment with client goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise customer success or relationship management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or e-commerce.
• Proven track record of managing revenue-related KPIs, including renewal rates, NRR, and churn.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools, Excel, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or Gainsight.
• Exceptional communication and consultative skills, with full professional fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment while managing multiple priorities.
