About the Role
Join 1Password as a Manager, Commercial Sales GTM, where you will drive the strategy and execution for our commercial sales initiatives, playing a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for commercial sales.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of commercial sales representatives.
- Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a commercial sales management role, with a track record of success.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, sales methodologies, and the full sales cycle.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in the SaaS or cybersecurity industry.
- Familiarity with 1Password or similar security and privacy solutions.
- Experience working effectively in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
