Manager, Customer Success, SMB | EMEA

About the Role

Join Deel, the fastest-growing SaaS company, as a Manager, Customer Success, SMB for EMEA. You will lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, driving customer value, retention, and revenue growth in a dynamic global environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in the region.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Coach and develop CSM skills to help customers achieve desired outcomes.
• Optimize and impact revenue streams by maximizing the effectiveness of the Customer Success team.
• Organize and analyze customer and product data to identify and implement improvements.
• Partner with Operations to design and implement processes, workflows, and automations.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve team operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience leading a CSM team within a rapidly-growing B2B SaaS company (Team Lead or Manager role).
• Ability to think on your feet and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Track record of managing a team to meet or exceed customer renewal and retention goals in a high growth setting.
• Data-oriented mindset.
