Manager, Head of Regional Growth

About the Role

Join our Regional Growth team as the Head of Regional Growth for Argentina/LATAM, where you will drive marketing strategy and execution to expand Kraken's market share and client base in a dynamic and competitive environment. This is an exciting opportunity to shape Kraken's presence and differentiate its brand in a key growth region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase Kraken’s market share in the Argentina/LATAM region, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Drive new user acquisition and enhance customer lifecycle performance, from onboarding to trading and engagement across Kraken’s product suite.
• Localize global campaigns, creatives, content, and brand guidelines to resonate with regional audiences.
• Generate local-first marketing initiatives that uniquely position Kraken’s brand and drive customer action.
• Engage in hands-on execution, including content production, event planning, web page optimization, ad localization, social media management, and representing Kraken in PR and interviews.
• Analyze marketing performance data, measure results, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a marketing or growth role, with a proven track record of autonomously developing and delivering successful campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in growing new users within highly competitive markets.
• Deep regional expertise in Argentina/LATAM, including language and culture. Additional country expertise is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of the crypto industry, including product functionalities, revenue models, and key players in the region.
• Experience marketing within a regulated business environment, preferably in financial services.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, including key performance metrics, attribution modeling, and A/B testing, with practical experience using analytical and MarTech tools.
• Proven creative thinking abilities, with a capacity to develop data-driven growth ideas and effectively persuade stakeholders to implement them.
