About the Role

Join our People team as a Manager, People Business Partner, where you will serve as a strategic HR advisor to VP-level executives and their organizations within the Product and Marketing divisions. This exciting remote role, based in the US, combines strategic talent management with hands-on execution, directly impacting our organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance and support to VP-level executives and their teams in Product and Marketing.
• Drive and implement talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
• Advise on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and compliance with employment law.
• Develop and implement HR programs and policies that align with business objectives and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner, with a focus on supporting Product or Marketing organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on complex people-related matters.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
• Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
