Manager, Professional Learning

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Professional Learning to lead a team in delivering exceptional professional development experiences and drive the design of innovative learning content.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Professional Learning Managers to deliver best-in-class professional learning.
• Spearhead the design of innovative professional learning content, ensuring alignment with pedagogical best practices.
• Oversee the design, build, and iteration of new and existing Professional Learning content based on educator feedback and data.
• Explore new ways to deliver professional learning, such as asynchronous modules and hybrid workshops.
• Manage external Professional Learning partners, including forecasting, budgeting, and relationship building.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional learning, instructional design, or educational leadership.
• Experience managing direct reports and coaching them toward performance goals.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory, literacy instruction, and the K-12 landscape.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, G-Suite, and modern LMS education platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time year-round, and up to 50% during high-volume delivery seasons.
