Join our dynamic team as a Sales Development Manager, leading and inspiring a high-performing team focused on the Small and Medium Business (SMB) market within the DACH region. This is an exciting opportunity to drive pipeline growth and shape our market presence in a critical European territory.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) targeting the SMB segment in DACH.
- Set clear performance metrics and ensure the team consistently achieves pipeline generation targets.
- Implement and refine sales development strategies, processes, and best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies and optimize lead handoff.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and provide ongoing feedback to foster professional growth.
- Ensure effective utilization of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools to track activities and manage data.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Sales Development management, with a focus on the SMB market.
- Strong understanding of the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) business landscape and cultural nuances.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential for effective communication within the region.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a remote or distributed team.
- Expertise in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
