About the Role

Lead a pioneering Servicing International engineering team, focusing on purchase protection, disputes, and refunds, to expand Affirm's global presence. This remote role in Poland offers the chance to build foundational platforms for new international markets and ensure customer trust and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own team processes, set aspirational goals, and ensure accountability for delivery.
• Support cross-functional partners in trade-off discussions and manage organizational alignment.
• Provide a calming presence, supporting the team through high-pressure situations while maintaining psychological safety.
• Champion operational excellence by defining priorities, goals, expectations, and metrics for team success.
• Facilitate team networking and relationship building across the organization to ensure access to necessary information.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and team management experience in software engineering.
