Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong background in identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP).
• Proven ability to manage and grow high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
