Manager, Solution Engineering

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing Solution Engineering team in the UK, driving regional expansion and ensuring customer success for a leading observability platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of high-performing Solution Engineers for the UK region.
• Own the regional build-out in collaboration with sales leader counterparts.
• Adopt existing OSS-specific Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and develop new ones as needed.
• Work with Customer Experience counterparts to ensure post-sale customer success, adoption, and rollout.
