About the Role

Join Webflow as our first Talent Acquisition Manager in Argentina, a foundational role where you'll lead full-cycle recruiting and shape our talent strategy across Latin America. This is a unique opportunity to build a recruiting foundation, grow a team, and significantly impact our regional expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, Marketing, and G&A roles in Argentina.
• Build local recruiting operations and shape the long-term talent strategy for the region.
• Translate business needs into clear hiring plans that support company growth.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to drive alignment and results.
• Hire and develop a high-performing recruiting team in a remote-first environment.
• Collaborate with Legal, People Operations, and Total Rewards to ensure compliant, equitable, and sustainable practices.
• Help define and steward the culture of the Argentina hub, from candidate experience to team identity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, with 5+ years leading teams in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Proven depth in technical recruiting and flexibility across Product, Marketing, and G&A roles.
• Experience building or scaling hiring programs specifically in Argentina or Latin America.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish, thriving in asynchronous, distributed environments.
• Demonstrated sound judgment, urgency, and a bias for action.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring and building high-performance, values-aligned teams.
• Ability to take full ownership of your work and contribute to shaping company culture.
• Curiosity and openness to growth, including actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI.
