Requirements

• Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition leadership or management role.
• Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate a recruitment team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
