About the Role

Lead a dynamic team of Technical Release Managers, driving the successful and efficient delivery of our innovative products. This role is crucial in orchestrating our release processes, ensuring seamless deployment and high-quality software for our global users.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Technical Release Managers.
• Oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle for multiple products and services.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve release management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of releases.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with releases, ensuring stability and reliability.
• Drive automation and efficiency in release processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in release management, including managing complex software releases.
• Previous experience leading or managing a team of release engineers or managers.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various release methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with specific CI/CD tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of security best practices in release management.
